How long does it take to close?
We can close as early as 30 days. For more complex deals, we tend to seek longer periods such as 6-9 months to account for the various moving parts.
I am looking to go under contract. What are the next steps?
Upon execution of the agreement, I will forward that to my real estate attorney along with a $250 wire transfer, business check or money order. That will initiate my title search. Additionally, I get a land survey on the property and perform further due diligence.
